The watermelons have finally sprouted. They are not my favorite. Hopefully they will be large enough with vodka by the 4th of July!!!!
A Father’s Day veggie Rainbow! I sautéed these with some olive oil, jalapeño salt and nutritional yeast. They were scrumptious.
The only thing better than eating the food you grow, is being able to share it with friends. These were the ingredients to a scrumptous dinner we had on Friday night. Enough for 5 lovely folk to enjoy.
Jalapeno Zucchini Chocolate Chip Bread. If you are wondering if it is delicious…it is. We had quite a large haul of peppers and zucchini’s this week so we thought we would make something a little sweet. Randy, my sister and I thought it was tasty… we dropped a few loaves off on friends doorsteps…hopefully they will agree.
